Ryan Butt.

Six disciplines, one way of working.

I didn't start out building AI agents. Each skill here fed into the next, and most of them still show up in how I build today — agents that are persuasive, secure, and actually get used.

01

Call AI agent building

Core focus

Designing and deploying voice agents that handle real inbound calls for local businesses — booking, FAQs, qualification and follow-up — built to sound like a competent member of staff, not a robot reading a script.

02

Penetration testing & red teaming

1 year

Hands-on testing of networks, applications and social-engineering vectors to find weaknesses before someone with worse intentions does. This is also where I learned to think about how AI agents could be manipulated or abused — and to build against it from day one.

03

Website building

2 years

Designing and shipping clean, fast websites — for clients and for my own projects, including Vertex AI Solutions. Comfortable across the full stack of getting a site from idea to live.

04

Startup building

Founder

Took Vertex AI Solutions from an idea to a working company — positioning, offer, pricing, delivery and the unglamorous operations work that keeps a small business running.

05

Applied AI systems

AI Master

Deep, practical command of how to design, prompt and wire together AI systems so they hold up in production — not just in a demo. This is the layer underneath every agent I ship.

06

Community management & applied psychology

People

Years of running and moderating online communities, paired with a working understanding of persuasion and human behaviour — the same instincts that go into writing a call agent's script so it actually converts.

Put it to work

Want an agent built with all of this behind it?

I bring the security mindset and the persuasion instincts into every build, not just the AI part.
